Important information for your booking
- Online vs. port: Online bookings are generally cheaper than purchases at the port. Most tickets can be booked online up to 2 hours before departure.
- Early booker: Book at least 30 days in advance for the cheapest standard tickets.
- Low Price Tickets: These tickets are only available for a limited number of departures and must be booked online 20-2 days before departure.
- Rebooking & Cancellation: Flex-Tickets offer free rebooking and cancellation. This is possible for Standard tickets for an additional charge, but not for Low Price tickets.
- Vehicle size: The specified car prices apply to vehicles up to 6 meters in length. A length surcharge applies for longer vehicles.
- Motorcycles: Motorcycle tickets include a ride for up to 3 people with a maximum vehicle length of 2.5 meters.
- Bicycles: A surcharge of €1.50 is charged for bicycles in addition to the pedestrian ticket.
- On-board catering: Flex ticket holders receive a 20% discount on food and drinks or a free organic coffee, tea or Aqua d'Or water in the Food Express.
